Woman is half of society, and she is also behind the other half. The teachings of Islamic law have given her great attention and honor. She is the mother, the sister, the daughter, and the wife; she is also the teacher and the doctor, and she participates in many aspects of life.
Throughout history, women have played significant roles and made great contributions. In our present age, women stand strong and proud, fulfilling their pioneering and vital role as mothers and nurturers of generations, and as builders of men and great leaders. They take part in educational fields and may at times even excel beyond their male counterparts. They are present in various professions and occupations; their role has not been limited to social, administrative, educational, and health work, but has extended to participation in political decision-making and a prominent presence in advanced leadership positions.
In honor of women and in appreciation of their status and efforts, the International Virtual Scientific Conference is being held under the title: “Women … Between the Past, Present, and Future.” The conference brings together many female researchers, academics, and those interested in the subject, along with clear participation from male researchers and academics. A number of rigorous scientific papers have been presented at the conference, addressing important topics directly related to women and society.
