This study iemd to identify the impact of intellectual capital on enviromentale innovation in Jordanian food industrial companies. The study population included Jordanian food industrial companies, where the quantitative (analytical) approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study, and an available sample of (401) employees was taken. A questionnaire was developed as a tool for data collection, and statistical methods available on the (SPSS) program was used to analyze data. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant impact of the intellectual capital on environmental innovation. Based on the results. The study recommended the need to pay attention to intellectual capital within companies and emphasize the need to activate the role of environmental innovation in Jordanian food industrial companies.
